Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice and despatch the order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 working days. Any damage to goods received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please inspect your goods as soon as they arrive. You must inform us within one working day if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. Photographic evidence will be required in the unlikely event of any damages. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. We shall be under no liability to you for loss or damage direct or indirect as a result of late delivery or defective goods.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
When the order is placed at our website and you reach the payment stage, you will be directed to SagePay to process your payment. This is a secure online payments system which is recognised by all major banks. Rest Express will never see your card details and they are encrypted between your computer and the authorisation system using the latest encryption systems.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase. Please contact us on 01285 831668 before returning any items. We are happy to accept unused items providing the goods are returned within 30 days of receipt. Items should be unopened, unused and in a saleable condition. Please ensure that all items are well packed and that a copy of your invoice is included. Return costs are at your own expense. Please ensure you use a trackable service with adequate compensation, all goods must arrive in saleable condition in order to be fully refunded. We regret that the original delivery charge is not refundable. Refunds will be made through the original payment platform. Please be aware that card payment refunds take 3-5 working days to show on your online statement after the refund has been sactioned.
